Trilby facilitates DESTRESS MEDITATION classes – for adults and ages 16-19 to provide a dedicated and focused environment to achieve and experience a relaxed state of mind and body, in ways that are complimentary and natural.
Classes – Mondays at 9.30 am (except public holidays)
Price for Adults: $20 for Casuals; $150 – Concession for 10 sessions (valid for 3 months from date issued).
Price for under 20s: $15 for Casuals. $100 – Concession card for 10 sessions (valid for 3 months from date issued).
