As an Intuitive Energy Healer, both for humans and animals, I cannot stress enough the importance of transmuting the vibrational frequency at the root cause of any symptom. Until this is done, the body is locked in a vice-like repetitive loop.
Pharmaceuticals are synthetic copies of what Nature already provides us with as healing agents, such as air, water, food and plant remedies. Because they are synthetic the body’s ability to decipher their codes is hindered and this is what is labelled as ‘side-effects’. Whilst medication may be a temporary and necessary relief strategy, it cannot bring a long term solution to a dis-ease.
As far as research for cures go, please know that most of this research is funded by these very same pharmaceutical companies, who also fund most medical schools. These are profitable institutions that sadly have ever increasing profit margins, as people feel confused and scared about their health.
Many medical professionals unfortunately do not even know about or suggest alternative methods to their patients. Please be pro-active and ask them, or find out from friends or google alternative therapies. Holistic healing is about creating balancing in and between the body, mind and soul. Your health is your wealth. Don’t make it merely the business and profit margins of pharmaceuticals!
Energy work is a beautiful effective non-invasive way to transmute the energetic imprint without necessarily knowing the root cause.
The symptom is the tip of the iceberg and for true healing, i.e. wholeness, to be fulfilled, it is necessary to address the deeper lying issues under the surface. Popping a pill will not do this long-term. There is no wholistic healing pill.

Living on the edge, is a term that holds within its implicit definition (at least for the purpose of this blog) a hint of danger, excitement, difference, exclusion, eccentricity, being out of control, tending to lean towards something unsavoury for many and with a risk of losing balance. Sailors of old, lived with the superstition that if they reached the horizon, they would fall off the edge of the Earth, as the current belief was that the Earth was flat. Few dared venture to the edge, for fear of falling off. So sailing was probably a very limited experience initially. Until that time, when somehow some daring and curious sailor headed for the horizon and found that on reaching the horizon, another horizon magically appeared ahead and unfolded into untold greater possibilities and experiences.
There are many such horizons in our everyday societies, dependent on our cultural, gender and financial standing, and that are still embedded in a kind of superstitious and hypnotic ‘logic’. In our Western society, success is closely and primarily linked to finances and many idioms have been created over time to reinforce these beliefs. Monetary power rules the world and humans scramble around in a seemingly difficult and losing battle to fit in. Money has been held responsible for so much in this world and as long as humans continue to think about money in this way, to hold the beliefs they do about what money is or isn’t, well like those sailors of old, most of us will not ever get very much past the harbour before turning back, in fear of falling off or failing. And so, most people are not curious or intrepid enough to actually head for the horizon and actually discover the world the lies beyond. Concepts, definitions, standards and judgements are used to keep everything in a place of separation and thus mass disempowerment.
Few people live on the edge, and if they do, society and the medical professions, have very powerful structures in place to deter any further exploration. We have not been given the tools or shown how to live on the edge in a healthy and empowering way, because we would then be uncontrollable. In the movie, “The Truman Show” starring Jim Carrey, the manipulation within our current society structure an which most of us think of as reality, is highlighted very clearly. There is no man who is more a prisoner than the man who believes he is free and happy, but lives within a prison. What one believes is what one will see and experience. This does not mean that what one is experiencing is essentially TRUE however!
So how does one know whether one is being manipulated? In ‘The Truman Show’ movie, the manipulation becomes clearer when the character begins to choose something that goes against the stream, that is different and that departs from the illusion of the ‘norm’. The point here is not to imply that one is right or wrong, good or bad, black or white. It is not about judging manipulation as something good or bad, but rather about being aware of where manipulation is occurring, either to or by us. And then taking respons-ability for what we choose to do and how we can experience living on the edge.
Living on the edge, affords a greater vantage point, where it is possible to look at what has been and to look forward to what is possible. To have this vantage point however, one must have the courage to venture to the edge of one’s comfort zone and walk up to the horizon. And yes, there can be periods when the lines are blurred and awareness seems to waiver and there are no clear points of reference. It can be an uncomfortable place and this fear of being uncomfortable is what keeps most of us, to some extent and at certain phases of our lives, immobile. We have been mislead to believe that being comfortable means right and being uncomfortable means wrong. Our social structures and religious teachings are riddled with these paradoxes. When one lives on the edge, it is possible to see these paradoxes and the confusion they create, deliberately so. Like a deer caught in the headlights, confusion keeps many in a place of uncertainty and immobilization, which ironically can prove fatal and leaves one more vulnerable that anyone living on the edge could ever be.
When one is living on the edge, one needs to be nimble and alert, very present and conscious. Perhaps the thing most of us fear and think we lack, is trust. Trust in One ’s Self. For if we have bought into the beLIEf that trust is something one finds from success, thus linked to money or something externally, we will continue to experience living on the edge as something unsavoury, unstable and to be avoided at all costs. The power of enchantment is that it makes the illusion appear real. The advantage of living on the edge, is that one is able to see the illusion for what it is and to choose from that cusp of reality. It takes courage to live on the edge, as pulling out of the illusion brings up feelings of separation, difference, not fitting in, failure, guilt, sadness, loss and comes face to face with one’s shadow. This happens on a continuum in different areas of one’s lives. For example, when a person seems to experience a bout of what is termed as either good or bad luck. Remember, just like those first courageous sailors of old who dared to sail to the horizon, once there they had the awareness that everything was different and continued on to unfold.
So is it possible to live on the edge comfortably and in trust? The answer depends on what you choose. Life is what you make it. And you make you Life what is it, by the choice of B.S. (Belief Systems) you have. At this point in our evolution as a race, the awareness of ourselves as Creators serves as our greatest strength and stumbling block. We stand on the cusp of different vantage points and whilst many of us are being urged on, almost against our will, we move forward cautiously into new territory, crossing the ‘horizontal’ line, yet also look back with a certain sense of longing behind us. It is a time of shaking off the old ways and standing in one’s knowing that trust is a SELF-creation. Everything is within and then is reflected without.
I will end with a really cool analogy of what living on the edge showed up like for me. I recently moved several kilometres out of town. Only a small change in distance on the surface of things, but what has turned into quite a change in lifestyle. My car radio is programmed to various radio stations and so with this move, clear reception was affected when I reached a certain part of the road. Whilst noticing this, I didn’t think much of it and was belligerently okay with this type of reception for several days. By chance, I happened to put on a CD and erroneously pushed the wrong button on the radio. This caused my radio to automatically search for a new radio frequency. In that moment, I got it!!
Everything in the Universe is in constant motion and yes that includes us. Even though our lives may appear the same every day and in many ways most of us seek to maintain this status quo, the energy that underlies all things, is in constant motion and expansion. By geographically changing my position when moving, I had shifted my band width so to say and was now in a phase of fine-tuning. When we change, whether this means a geographically or simply a change in thought patterns, we move into different zones of vibrational frequencies. Suddenly things, people, situations that may have been around us for a while may drop away or show up. It is important to acknowledge and allow this dynamic and honour all the emotions that this may bring up. We can only heal what we feel! Denial, repression and suppression of what we are feeling, whether it be light and fluffy or dark and dangerous, IS key.
Living on the edge is like a state of organic being which I feel honours the logistics of energy in motion. Everyday and throughout our choices, we are fine tuning into different yet similar vibration frequencies, just as we may choose to tune into different radio stations. This means being willing to let go AND to let in.
Could it be that Living on the Edge is a truer way of actual Living? And that beyond the uncomfortable, scary bits lays a limitless and expansive dimension of Being to which we are just now awakening? Well dear Reader, I leave you to explore these possibilities.

What is the invitation of persistent resistance? Are you one of those people who gets highly irritated by the saying, “What you resist will persist.”? Well I certainly have had periods of a love-hate relationship on hearing and saying this myself, depending on which side of the resistance I was standing on at the time. I often have to chuckle when I remember Gloria Steinem’s quote, that “The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.”! The irony for me of course being that the feeling of irritation is a symptom and sign of resistance in and of itself.
Now, for me resistance shows up mostly as a sensation in my body. It may be different for you, so I invite you to think about something you really are “against” and just observe if you can trace it to a place in your body. The human body is a barometer of information and is continually sending us information through our neural pathways and nervous systems to keep us up to date and ready to act. As I am primarily kinesthetic in my learning style, the signals come to me as a physical sensation or emotional feeling of resistance. Some other learning styles are visual or auditory.
For a while now I have been aware of this sensation of persisting resistance being communicated to me by my body. It baffled me because it did not make sense. By this I mean that whilst I have been choosing to experience a specific kind of lifestyle, I became aware that whenever an opportunity to experience this kind of living actually showed up, an intense feeling of resistance, if not a sense of dislike, would show up.
What really set off my alarm bell, was that I had found myself with this same kinesthetic experience in a situation which was definitely not what I was saying I desired. I was drawn to the perception that I was getting the same sensory feedback from two quite different and seemingly opposite situations. One which I enjoyed and was asking for more of, and another situation which I was choosing to move away from.
So what was the invitation? I found that the persistent niggle of sensation was there to catch my attention. It was my body’s way of letting me know that somewhere in all the mental concluding and judging and decision making, there was something that did not add up. I was out of alignment in my choosing. And so it was time to sit down and have a cup of tea with this feeling and find out what was true about this situation that was bothering me.
What I uncovered was a pattern of mixed signals. And when I took the time to look at it consciously and ask for clarity, the tangle began to unravel. The alarm was to show me that I had unconsciously collapsed the definition around “work” with two completely different meanings. Literally the sensation in the pit of my stomach was telling me that I had gotten myself into a knot.
Until I took the time to bring my awareness and conscious choosing to this knowing and get the information that was there for me, I could not be free and thus was in resistance and literally felt torn in two. That’s what happens when there are conflictual choices. Energy requires directing to move and for this it needs clear instruction. If not, it just hovers around.
To me, the invitation within the persistent resistance is …… there is something here that you need to take a look at and choose. And ……… until I take that time out and stop, breathe, listen and choose, the resistance will persist.
I came away from this experience knowing that resistance that persists is an invitation to take notice. To Be Aware. To choose. How to break through the persistence of resistance? Just keep on choosing!

What would an easy peezy bright and breezy Life look like?
In a recent radio interview with Linda Irwin of Unseen World, the issue of self-love, simplicity and receiving came up. Linda drew on several quotations from my new e-book “a-Ha – insight inspiration question” and if there is a main theme to this book it is to offer suggestions of different possibilities and choices for Living and Well-Being.
More and more I am choosing to experience Life as truly simple. It is our ego mind that adds the drama and trauma to our idea of Living. Intensity seems to have become equated with validity, whereas simplicity is considered as easy peezy bright and breezy…….. or in other words ……….. BORING! And no one wants to be bored or considered boring, right?
I used to think that the more dysfunctional a relationship was, the more real it was. Because it was intense!! Just like a soap opera. Until I actually began to get bored by the repeated intensity of all my relationships. And one day I woke up and asked myself to find another way to Living that is fulfilling and peaceful and not endlessly depleting.
Whilst most people feel impelled to find an answer for any and all questions – the brain has become hardwired to function this way over the centuries – what if asking the correct question can unlock pandora’s box? And would you want to go there?
They say that the truth is often hidden in plain sight. This is the reason why simplicity is required. How do you simplify things? First, you stop whatever you are doing and shift your awareness to your breathing. Our breathing is so simple that we take it completely for granted and yet it – above all else – keeps us alive in our body. Just begin to give more and more attention to how you breathe – without attempting to change anything. Become aware of how this simple small shift in focus, leads to more space …….. and perhaps in the quiet you begin to notice and sense the magic that is continuously unfolding, just beyond the perimeter of you current awareness. When you transmute the energy by consciously choosing your thoughts, your can discover the magical secrets of pandora’s box.
When you ask a question and stop to allow and receive the influx of information without judgement, there is a mental door that opens up during the pause, offering a world of possibilities to choose from. It happens in a split milli-second and most of us are too busy to even notice it there. And our cognitive programming is such that in its efficiency to support us, our physical brain has programmed these habits into our neurological make-up. Very efficient, but perhaps no longer practical and applicable. It is time to outgrow the habit ….. and this requires conscious input of new data. So if you are feeling bored by simplicity, open the door named boredom and take a closer look. You may find there is more to boredom than you first thought or perceived.
Life can be challenging and we can find ourselves in difficult situations, so I am not being flippant when I talk about a life that is easy peezy bright and breezy. Rather I am inviting you to stop and connect to your power of creation and look for the simplicity. If you are vibrating on a frequency of simplicity, then you will attract all the simplicity that the Universe has to offer – Law of Attraction. The truth is quite literally under your nose ……. YOUrself!

The dictionary defines well-being (noun) as: “A contented state of being happy and healthy and prosperous.” I feel that this sums up our general aspirations for living. It certainly sounds great to me and really, who wouldn’t want this or something greater for themselves?
What I love about the word ‘well-being’ is the way it drips droplets of all-rounded wholeness of BEING. I can feel the happiness, the health and the prosperity. It is such a holistic word, and hidden within its semantic vibration all that is mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, it goes a long way to tick the boxes in the schools of Gestalt, Chinese Medicine, Meditation, Yoga and many more of the alternative healing therapies. It’s a word that personifies balanced harmony!
Who am I to be talking about well-being anyway? I am a traveller on the road of life just like you, undergoing my own awakening. I am a Woman, a Daughter, a Lover, a Goddess, an Intuitive Well-Being Facilitator and Divine Love in Physical Form. In my role as a Facilitator, I draw from my own personal experiences to weave together the information required and re-membered to align these aspects of the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, for myself and others. As Eric Pearle states, “It is through healing others that we heal ourselves”.
Please also know that the notion of “healing” in no way implies that something is wrong. However, many have forgotten their true potency and greatness. There is a thread that runs through everything, weaving it together. For example, is not happiness said to be a state of mind? If so, then does not this cultivate health – both physical and mental? And is not your health your wealth? All is intricately interwoven and moving in synergy towards optimal integration and Well Being.
When you are WELL in your BEING, everything FLOWS! And you are BEING YOU in your entirety. Now, doesn’t that feel good and for what reason would you not want more of this yummyness?
